In the case of a check-up or maintenance a check is carried out to see if the capacity/energy indicated is in accordance with the measures on a grafted external capacity meter. In addition, a check is carried out to see if all alarms which permanently monitor whether the system is in good working order, work properly. Filters are replaced if necessary and the appliance is cleaned (of dust formation) when necessary. The optical components as well are inspected and cleaned if necessary. The appliance is subject to a test to see whether it is in good working condition.

Depending on how regularly it is used, we recommend two to three check-ups per year to ensure the good working order of the apparatus and to optimise its life expectancy.

Exactly how such maintenance is to be done in practice will depend on your local distributor. There are various service agreements to choose from.
